| KivaStore.org exists to support Kiva.org through the sale of promotional products sporting the Kiva logo. This site is similar to the Kiva CafePress store, with the exception that this site is run by a volunteer, and ALL profits go toward continuing the effort. Profits realized from the sale of merchandise allow the product line to be expanded, along with subsidizing the cost of promotional handouts at Kiva-related events. The store opened in October 2006 with one product: the Kiva Wristband. Orders are shipped worldwide from Poughkeepsie, NY. |
